Iron Tide Services was founded on Florida’s Space Coast by a Coast Guard veteran who spent more than 20 years working on and around the ocean. After decades of firsthand experience with salt air, humidity, and harsh marine conditions, Drew understands exactly what Florida homes are up against. From salt-air stains to the algae that returns every summer and the HOA notices that catch homeowners off guard, Iron Tide Services was built to offer a better way to care for homes along the Space Coast.
We specialize in professional soft washing and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties throughout the Space Coast and Brevard County, Florida. That focused expertise means we understand the unique challenges coastal homes face better than a general contractor who only cleans surfaces occasionally.
Every method we use is chosen to protect your investment, not just clean it. Roofs are soft-washed instead of pressure washed to prevent damage. Iron Tide Services is owned and operated by Drew Sinclair, a retired U.S. Coast Guard helicopter rescue swimmer and officer. After more than 20 years of service dedicated to protecting others, Drew and his wife chose to put down roots on Florida's Space Coast with their three children. Their mission now is simple: build a trusted local business that serves the community they are proud to call home.
Drew's Coast Guard career was built on a foundation of discipline, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Those same values continue to guide him today and are the standard behind every job at Iron Tide Services.
