Pool Deck & Screen Enclosure Cleaning — Serving Space Coast

Restore travertine, pavers, and concrete pool decks. Clean screen enclosures inside and out. Resort-quality results for your outdoor living space.

Why This Matters in Coastal Florida

Pool decks and screen enclosures in Florida are exposed to constant moisture, algae, mildew, calcium deposits, and salt air. Slippery pool decks are a safety hazard. Dirty screen enclosures reduce light and airflow. Stained travertine and pavers look neglected and can trigger HOA notices. Regular cleaning is essential for safety, aesthetics, and property value.

Space Coast's Unique Conditions

The combination of pool splash, Florida humidity, and salt air creates a particularly aggressive environment for algae and mildew on pool decks and screen enclosures. Travertine — the most common pool deck material in Space Coast — is porous and absorbs organic matter quickly. Screen enclosures collect salt deposits, algae, and dirt that obscure the view and degrade the aluminum frame over time.

How We Do It

  1. 01

Pre-wet surrounding landscaping and protect pool equipment from cleaning solution.

  2. 02

Apply appropriate cleaning solution to pool deck surface (pH-neutral for travertine, stronger for concrete).

  3. 03

Surface clean at appropriate pressure — lower for travertine and pavers, higher for concrete.

  4. 04

Clean screen enclosure frames and screens inside and out using soft-wash method.

  5. 05

Rinse all surfaces thoroughly and inspect for missed areas.

  6. 06

Document with before/after photos. Provide HOA compliance documentation.

Common Questions

Will pressure washing damage my travertine pool deck?
Not when done correctly. Travertine requires lower pressure than concrete and a pH-neutral cleaner to avoid etching. We adjust our equipment and solutions specifically for travertine and natural stone.
Can you clean the inside of my screen enclosure?
Yes. We clean both the inside and outside of screen enclosures, including the aluminum frame, screen panels, and the ceiling of the enclosure. This is included in our pool deck service.
How often should I clean my pool deck?
Most Space Coast pool decks need cleaning every 6–12 months. Homes with heavy algae growth or HOA requirements may need quarterly service. Our Coastal Care Plan includes pool deck cleaning on a set schedule.
Do you seal travertine after cleaning?
Travertine sealing is available as an add-on service. We recommend sealing after cleaning to protect the porous surface from future staining and moisture penetration. Ask about our paver and stone sealing service.
